Except the actual development time for TESVI from start to finish is likely to be approximately 11+ years, not 20.
They decided as a business to make money with long term revenue growth, so they could invest and grow their developer departments... So they could then in turn invest more man hours in developing both TESVI and Fallout 5, and you're not happy about it?
I don't think they will apologise, even in light of your toxic reaction.

Date: January 18th, 2026 1:20 PM Author: cowgod I guess he thinks that taking 11 years to make a game is Normal and nbd. and that Bethesda needs to grow Organically in order to finance their next Game, which will be huge and take 1000k developers to make because of the Absolute State of AAA Gaming. they can't, like, have Zenimax borrow money at 0% in 2020. Or MSFT can't just finance it. It has to be Organic.
