Warp drive. Without it, intergalactic travel is not feasible and there are no meaningful opportunities for contact.
Replicator is highly useful but in a world without FTL travel you're not ultimately solving scarcity because of the energy requirements for replication. Eventually we'll run out of coal or uranium or whatever we use to power the replicators.
The Holodeck is just fancy VR.
