the square footage is great and more singles and young couples should live in places of this size.
the problem is the urban planning. looks like they're built in a place where you can't walk anywhere. a better set up would be to put the homes closer to each other and reserve shared areas for open space or parks. if commercial develop starts to come close to this area, it would be ideal and could be a real community some day
