Date: March 27th, 2026 11:13 AM Author: peeface i've never found a single coherent summary of the Peat plan. you have to read thousands of little often contradictory essays where he talks about how carrots are good, and radishes are bad, and you should wear loafers instead of laced shoes, and try and assemble all the crazy into a coherent lifestyle.
also in the end i assume you just end up looking like ray peat.
