For anything AI this hoses my RTX 4070 in terms of sheer performance. I didn't expect it to be much of a gaming card, but it was a solid 25-30% faster in 3DMark so I bought Doom The Dark Ages and I'm getting 120fps with everything at ultra max settings at 1440p, which I also did not expect. Even in a mini-ITX case I can't get the temps to go above 57C , whereas the 4070 will go up to 68C no matter what. If you submerged the 4070 in liquid nitrogen it would find a way to get to 68C. These things can go to like 95C but should never happen IRL |
