Do you think it's worth building a pool house?

pool is just behind the house but i hate how people have to come inside to use the bathroom and sometimes shower.
i have the space for a modest size pool house. have about 1/4 of an acre in the backyward to work with
home is about 10k square feet, pool is about 900 sqft

100% assuming you can afford it.
Especially if your pool is far from main house and/or main house does not have a seperate area specifically with a shower, etc. for the pool.

I cannot fathom having enough money to afford a pool let alone supplemental structures on my property. Assuming you have space for a nice pool, and the money to afford one, why not build out a little casita by the pool? You could have an indoor, outdoor seating/lounge area, bathroom/shower, wet sauna/dry sauna/cold plunge, and maybe a little in-law suite above all of that so there’s a place for guests to stay with a little more privacy. Could be 180, but again, this is for rich as fuck people with nothing better to spend their money on.
