OHMSS is arguably one of the T3 most important Bond movies because Tracy dies (the only woman Bond ever truly loved - don't even start with Vesper Lynd). However, while it's critical to understanding Bond, Lazenby with his goofy body, hair, face, and voice, and silly acting totally ruined that movie.

The dubbing wasn’t bad by 60s standards. The Disguise was just an excuse to dub him that the filmmakers seized upon. It’s not like he needed to have that guy’s voice to impersonate him.
He literally isn’t an “actor.”
And I wouldn’t call him too young to play Bond, but a little too young for that specific Film with an older co-star. Which never happens with Bond except pussy galore and a few others.
