In the aftermath, she met this week with founding partners and came out as a Little. She coupled her coming out with major complaints about her treatment in the wake of the missed filing and with all kinds of new demands on her treatment going forward.

The first domino was a terse firm-wide email from founder that this team member shared and wishes to share important personal information, that she identies as a Little.

The woman immediately followed up with a firm CC, that she does not "identify" as a Little, but "is" a Little and including all these MLK quotes and editorializing that despite the lip service the firm gave to MLK, we obviously have a long road ahead to embody his ideals, etc.

The thirty minutes after these emails, everyone was pretty silent and just exchanging smiles around the office, raised eyebrows etc. Basically all the normies were whispering "wtf is a Little", b/c no information was given.

Im a total perv, of course, and well familiar with the "Little" community in slutworld. Its basically millennials and zoomer girls who want to act like babies or toddlers, like little girls. They usually seek out daddies or daddy-doms, or caring-doms, or darling-daddies. Its usually pretty sexual and involves diapers and pacifiers and baby powder on shaved pussies and baths and things. But in a mental health aspect, its basically age-regression and pouting and tantrums and incontinence and such.

So I had to walk around the office being like "yeah wtf is a little haha".

Shortly, there was another firm email for a Teams meeting. In the teams, one of the founding partners mumbled about like "A Little is a person who experiences themselves at a different age, usually uh early childhood, um, sometimes infancy, and uh Littles are and always have been valuable members of our community" etc.

This chick was not on the Teams call, but she was in the office and had a pacifier and bitchy look on her face as the rest of us were all looking up from our screens at her.

Basically since then, the company is falling apart. We all got a list of specific things we cannot do to or around this woman. We cannot enforce deadlines or speak loudly or disturb nap time. We might have to use babytalk or comb her hair during one-on-ones, etc.

But the real problem is that all the white guys, typically normie-con Trumpers and anti-DEI, are basically out in favor of this woman. And all the shrewy HR and attorney bitches are violently disgusted by her, accusing her of making it all up, calling bullshit, having long loud meetings behind closed doors with partners, calling this woman a "bitch", threatening to quit if they have to use babytalk, etc.
