I wake up & shower then immediately start preparing food, cook a lot of bullshit which ends up being my breakfast & lunch
Dont have an appetite these days in the morning so I eat a few bites of whatever protein, usually beef, sausages and fried rice, eggs, chopped veggies, seasonings etc put the rest away for "lunch/dinner" to eat 1 more meal before I go to bed. I like ti this way so I dont have to cook when im actually hungry
Nearly 40, in shape, suddenly want to die after meals / walking up stairs
Coffees doesnt help, have 2 in the morning back to back, then maybe one midday, usually when im off the coffee I'll eat more consistntly if im not working
3 meals a day stuff is insane tho

Six meals per day.
I'm old, not as active, & not training for comps, so I only aim for 0.5g/lb protein and one gallon of clear liquids, which is around half of what I should be doing.
