MAYBE its slightly closer if you use a real razor and shave against the grain in four different directions, but that is a pain in the ass and takes time.
My face was baby's ass smooth within 30 seconds with the Arc 5 i linked above - no stubble or roughness.

I shave once every month or so, and then just grow out beard for month. Rinse and repeat. |
