You need to build toward the portfolio you want in the future not just try to get as much as possible as fast as possible. I’d be selling off your silver stocks asap to diversify into other equities, including US large cap, small cap, and ex-U.S. large cap. Hopefully all of your stocks are in retirement accounts so you can rebalance without the tax hit, right? |
