the whole point of tailgating is drinking your own beer and eating your own food before paying exorbitant prices in the stadium. banning food/beer in the lots and charging for overpriced slop would be killing a very old tradition for not a lot of money. the in-person experience isn't that lucrative for the nfl anyway. better not to make a few more cents if it comes at the cost of being the kikiest franchise. |
