People brag about reading all the time and then come to find out it's all audiobooks. Sorry, that isn't reading. That is listening. The differences are obvious. You did not read Atomic Habits while doing kettlebell circuit training. The exception is if you are dyslexic or something, THEN it counts, otherwise it does NOT count
