Violent, western-developed games cause mass shootings imho

There have been Studies, probably paid for by Activision, showing that Game violence doesn’t contribute to irl violence, but it’s bs. Mass shooters are statistical ghosts. If an event’s likelihood is 1 in 10,000,000k, you are never going to capture it cleanly in lab aggression tasks, self-reported hostility scales, or short-term behavioral proxies. Social science is good at measuring mean shifts, not pathological outliers. It can tell you whether violent games raise heart rate or irritability by 3%. It cannot tell you how a single alienated, obsessive, grievance-soaked mind metabolizes thousands of hours of simulated domination.
The “selection effect” is only half the story. Yes, violent Scum/Losers are drawn to violent Games. But feedback loops exist:
obsession sharpens fantasy
fantasy rehearses identity
identity seeks expression
Social science hates feedback loops because they ruin clean causality. But human psychology is loops. The industry’s favorite move is to say: “They were already violent.” That’s like saying: “The fire already existed, therefore gasoline is irrelevant.” Discuss.

my teen take was that violent video games can be solved with 'good education'
ljl, 90% of the people on this planet are retarded fags, tiktok psyoped a whole generation of millennials into dumping their house deposits on gaudy tank sized cars with illegal exhausts. we need eugenics back. open a fucking book from 100 years ago and you will realize how far we have fallen

Lots of countries that have video games and strict gun laws don’t have mass shootings
how do you explain that?

Seems to me the obvious answer is that media coverage of mass shootings causes mass shootings.
A certain % of people are psychopaths. It's why they always come in waves - they see the nonstop coverage and get inspired.
