Not at all. Probably the single best thing you can do to avoid dental problems.

for brushing i use a sonicare.

my preference for flossing is a diversity of tools. i waterpik once or twice a week. i use regular floss 3-4 times a week. 3-4 times a week, i use a dental pick. i feel this gives me the best balance of thorough cleaning and speed.

always heard good things for two reasons: they prevent you from brushing too aggressively and they require you to brush until the timer runs out. nothing you couldn't do with a normal toothbrush, but it ensures your compliance.

They are 180 and you will wonder why you stuck with an old goybrush for so long. As we get older, I think great dental health is one of the most underrated quality of life things we can do.

one of my bffs is a dentist. electric toothbrushes aren't flame but they're not huge difference and a lot of people do as good/better job with a regular. depends on how lazy you are brushing.

waterpiks are 180 unless you're an OCD flosser.

It seems that main advantage is in not causing gums to recede via the back-and-forth motion of manual toothbrushes.

I can't believe the rest of you desk jockey wage cucks like me haven't figured out the cheat code of dental health is that you can literally OCD floss and brush and shit all day at the desk. I floss like 2x per day.

I keep one of those little flosser things in my wallet. One time I was sleeping in my office working on a brief all weekend and I got some beef jerky stuck in my teeth and almost tore the whole place apart looking for something to get it out and ended up finding a dish towel and ripping a piece of string off it.
