If you're going to drink multiple days in a row, it's basically healthier for your brain to have that hair of the dog and not completely sober up. Suffering through hangovers all the time is how the stage gets set for DTs.
Troublesome thing is, if you do start drinking early in the day, that's clearly an onramp to greater tolerance/dependence. It's a real tightrope.
Alcohol is really no bueno. Being hammered is something that should unfortunately be a rarity in one's life. |
