He was adding notes to my documents that "characters with hebrew name origins must be treated with special sensitivity" completely unprompted and presenting them as authoritative drafting notes. he was trying to justify the main antagonists as having embedded themselves in various institutions to commit horrendous atrocities as only having done so as a "defense mechanism against historical persecution" even though there was no indication whatsoever in the actual drafts that this had occurred, and in fact their stated motivations were completely different. I had to directly remind (((him))) that it was a work of fiction and that no characters should be treated with special sensitivity -- they should be evaluated through the same moral frameworks as everyone else.
