EPAH is probably the poaster most people would trust. i'd run it but i'm not sure how many people would trust me. i also have little tech acumen so i wouldn't be able to fix shit, but i would only ban people for breaking the 1 rule and bona fide spam, and i know enough poasters that i think i can be relied on not to out anyone.
