Paste that into GROK IMAGING but make sure the IMAGE switch is clicked. It’ll give you 1000’s of options. Then tweak it. Most likely it’ll change “girl” to “woman” making her into a 26 year old shrew. Edit it to say “18 year old girl”. She’s hopefully wearing clothes so you’re good anyway at the results even if it throws an Epstein curveball at you.
Keep tweaking it until It looks like the girl you want. PICK ONE THAT CLEARLY LOOKS LIKE AN ADULT 18 year old.
Then you have her. Make her do stuff. Get grok to trust you that you can pass moderation. Then “she sits on a guys lap.” If you have the nsfw thing clicked it’ll automatically think you mean sexual.
