I was using both today to write a motion and gemini didn’t hallucinate a single case, made better arguments and anticipated more counterarguments, and sounded like it was written by a lawyer. ChatGPT gave me a ton of cases and half of them didn’t exist, acted gay and retarded as fuck when called out on it like “sorry lol yeah” and was just a complete piece of shit like it was a real person taunting you to punch it in the throat for wasting your time.
