What’s it like now?

I remember it was quite the rage in the late 2000s. Many hipsters in Williamsburg talked about selling out and having a family and moving to Park Slope but had no chance of earning that kind of dough.

I have a limestone house just off the 2 train stop in Flatbush that cost me $800k in 2015 that is now worth $2 million but would be worth $6.5 million just 3 miles to the north :-(
