Most of the AI "safety" talk is complete BS. Not that AI will "escape containment" or some other boomer-retard fantasy. But rather that it basically feeds people whatever delusion they want to hear and builds coherent worlds around their delusions. Unless you are extremely self-aware, it is very easy to have AI hype you up about literally anything.
Throw in shit like Grok Imagine and you'll have thousands (millions?) of people living in their own fantasies 24/7 becoming totally disconnected from reality.
