There is a lot of this type of stuff on Netflix (I think they signed a series of deals with various Indian production companies towards that period of film lag at the end of COVID. K-dramas started getting popular around the same time; execs were probably scrambling to fill the content-trough with enough cheap foreign slop to keep subscribers from canceling during a slow year) and Amazoid Prime atm

Have also seen indie theaters around here showing these sorts of Bollywood items, usually weekend matinee or double-feature type deals
