Date: November 20th, 2024 11:12 AM Author: a turd falls from your anus not sure why, but i love it. i've watched it through 2x and am on a third viewing. never watched when it was on, but did my first viewing in 2011 so not long after it had gone off the air. i remember all the outrage over the finale.
i get why people hate on it, but it just works imo. and i hate network tv usually. i think anyone would have to admit that it is unusually good for a network show.
other shows i've watched through multiple times: sopranos (5x), breaking bad (2x), mad men (2x), have watched a lot of BCS but need to watch the entire show again. |

but they lied and made it all up on the fly, nothing connected, there was no real meaning, just a rushed ending
i dont even care about the shit/rushed ending but they didnt deliver on tying anything together in a coherent or meaningful way
once you step back and piece it all together its all just random shit that vaguely sounded related at first but as second glance its literally just random shit that has nothing to do with each other

it's easy to create a mystery. the hard part is resolving it in a satisfying way that makes sense. i fucking hate lost because it ushered in the jj abramsifcation of media. fuck that show. |
