it seems like a diet I can maintain long term --
scrambled eggs and beef bacon for break fast
12 oz of 80/20 ground beef burger patties well seasoned with a cup of sauteed broccoli for lunch
10 oz new strip steak with peppers and broccoli for dinner -

I've been desperately trying to pull off alternate day fasting and fast four days/week, but I get so ravenously hungry by the afternoon that I end up having a meal.
The macros of the diet I outlined are as follows:
1850 - 1900 calories
192 g protein
111 g fat
5g carbs
my only concern is further fucking up my cholesterol levels.
But I figure if I could pull off alternate day fasting and when I do eat stay in keto, I'll shed fat, maintain muscle mass and change my hormonal profile.

I'm not disciplined, at least not consistently disciplined, that's why I'm fat af to begin with.
I'm mildly autistic and like to keep things as simple as possible. I am tired of trying to subsist off of boneless skinless chicken breast, brown rice, and hot sauce. I'm not very creative when it comes to preparing meals and my primary nutritional goals are to hit my 200g protein/day on days that I do eat and have any weight loss be predominantly fat loss and preserve lean body mass while losing.
