They could be the width of a single skinny human and snake all around with no obvious connection to any other tunnels. Blowing one open would be like exposing a tiny sliver of an anthill.
These arabs have to build yuge tunnels that can accommodate self propelled artillery and missile launchers and shit. It's all industrial scale. They go to deep into the rock with all this heavy machinery Viets never needed. Viets just chopped down trees and laid the logs in matrices up to seven layers deep beneath the soil. You could construct them with hand tools at night, making no noise. |
