Trump will reclassify thousands of federal jobs as having those characteristics, and he'll a really strong case for high-level positions at DOJ and FBI, and a pretty good case for all GS15 attorneys (who recommend and draft subpoenas, advise whether to commence litigation, etc.).
That's why Trump needs someone who knows what they're doing, not a blowhard like Gaetz. Whatever Trump does is going to get tied up in litigation for 1-2 years and if he loses at SCOTUS that's probably his last shot. |
