wake up early as fuck because my sleep is usually fucked
usually too agitated to stay in bed long so i make some coffee and pace back and forth or walk outside for an hour
WFH wagecucking, job is not secure at the moment. pretty often i’m lying on my couch half-asleep during Zoom calls
if i have enough caffeine i might go for a run or bike ride
eat sugary and/or fatty food for dinner because i stopped giving a shit about eating healthy long ago. 25 lbs or so overweight
exhausted by end of work day, just lying on my couch waiting around to die

Bad sleep and bad diet make you feel like garbage
We need to fix out dopamine regulation but it’s a vicious smcycle
Get off caffeine it just makes you sleep like shit and feel like you need it to have a functioning brain. Sleep proper. Stop eating sugary shit asap. Take some supplements for brain health and it’ll start to clear up along with exercise for dopamine regulation
Nothing seems worth it because ur dopasneed sustem / reward system is basically fried from GC porn, sugar , poor lifestyle
I’m not saying this is going to fix the meaning to ur life or make u not suicidal but it’ll fix the mostly physiological experience of feeling like battered shut ecru waking moment of ur life
