This follows Musk saying it was the White House, not him. If both sides are actually denying doing it then they seem to have realized it's not politically sustainable to actively aid Russia like this.

I'd note that Ravid's report doesn't appear to quote White House sources, though, but Ukrainian ones. Ravid's contacts with the White House are very good, but that's apparently not his source.
