There was an opportunity in 2009 for real reform and cost cutting, but it didn't happen. Now what? Will costs ever get under control in our lifetimes?
My mother-in-law is a great example of someone overusing medical care. I think she goes to a medical appointment about twice a week, yet there's nothing significantly wrong with her. Is this common among boomers? |
