it misses the western nebraska sand dunes, which is some of the weirdest geology in the US. western nebraska in general out to the bluffs near wyoming is a strange and lonely place with a lot of birds near the rivers.

the only overrated destination out that way is lake mac, due to all the alcohol restrictions.
