Impressed you watched Escape 2000; I think that movie is a blast although I agree it's just nasty-minded exploitation without a real political ethos, although the 2000 AD/80s British punk part of me likes the cheap shot of calling it Death Camp Thatcher.
Anyway, I have a few thoughts of movies from my wheelhouse that I think might appeal to your audience's sensibilities:
1) Society (1989): Approaches the subject from more an 80s anti-Reagan splatterpunk angle, to be sure, but the thesis really is 'actually, the elites really are depraved sex maniacs. And worse.'
2) Quatermass II aka Enemy from Space (1957): I'm a big fan of Nigel Kneale, although his stuff's not really political. This is basically what the X-Files movie should have been, except British. Beneath the science fiction/horror stuff, this is fundamentally a movie about dissident politics (again, the movie itself is I think apolitical): The process of noticing something is wrong and trying *all* channels to gain allies, disseminate the truth, and act within and without the system.
3) The Stuff (1985): Similar to the above, sort of, but much less well done. Aims a couple good cheap kicks at the FDA, and has Paul Sorvino as a right-wing reactionary who is nonetheless one of the heroes.

TY
I'd note that Quatermass II is on Tubi right now; it's a quick watch (just under 90 minutes) and although the first five minutes or so are a bit slow it kicks into gear quickly.
Also spoiler alert but Cars That Ate Paris isn't particularly 'dissident'--it is sort of satirical but not really along any political axis. It's a fun movie, though--Peter Weir is a good filmmaker.

anything you specifically recommend? i try to avoid specifically nazi films because i think it feeds too easily into triggering people pavlovian-like who aren't ready for it
this is why i don't really have much interest in checking out europa: the last battle, even though i would probably agree with a lot of it

Both lists are terrible, part 1 especially is normie af. Why even have a blog if it’s just going to be on par with a Reddit post? Wheres 1900? Zabriskie Point? Il conformista? La Chinoise? V for Vendetta? A fucking Clockwork Orange?
Even something like Dirty Harry is 180 and would make libs feel Uncomfortable.

i've seen v for vendetta and clockwork orange, those are referenced at the bottom of part 2. they need to be rewatched first. but v for vendetta i associate with left-wing anarchism, not dissidence
dirty harry isn't dissident, it's just pro law and order
ill look into the others, ty
