Trump got ~123k more votes than Mike Rogers. Rogers is a pretty uncontroversial empty suit GOP guy, not like the NC porno governor guy.

Kamala/Slotkin gap is only 20k and all the outstanding ballots are in Wayne County/Detroit. I can only guess the ballot stuffing started after the state was called for Trump.

I bet a number of Trump voters vote only for Trump and don't bother voting in any of the other races. They probably don't normally ever vote.

I'd buy it except MI has straight ticket voting so it wasn't like they even needed to color in extra boxes, it's the exact same amount of effort.

This is correct there were about 90K more votes in presidential than the senate race. In senate race libertarian got 56k votes and green got 53k and some other third party guy got 43K. In presidential, the top 3 third parties were Green, Libertarian and RFK combining for 92,000.

Slotkin won by 16k so rogers underperformed Trump by 1.8% is there another example of this anywhere on the map? I get downballot is getting fewer votes but that seems like a stinker of a result.

Third party POTUS candidates got about 3% in MI, maybe most of their voters voted for the Dem Senate candidate.
