The dinner at Sardi's goes great, but she is really pushing to have Ariana Grande as the female lead in her script, which blows the budget structure up. She says it's no big deal she can get Peter Thiel to throw in. Her script is "conservative coded" because the latinx girl is the bad guy. (She runs an organic farm where she kidnaps white women who volunteer there and puts them in storage containers and makes her white husband impregnate them & then she uses the white babies as her own for social media clout.)

We ended up talking for like 3 hours, turns out we have a lot in common. I told her I buy and fix up old houses and show her a small little house built in 1929 I fixed up to be period accurate. She tells me her building was built in 1929 too and I should come see it. It's just a mile away so we walked there. We go in and it's really cool like a hot college girls apartment if she had rich parents. We had some wine at her place then I ended up laying on her lap while she showed me her favorite songs she wanted in the film. She was laughing at everything i said and touching me a lot, It started to feel like it was time to make a move, but I'm bad at that. I held her hand to escalate. I was feeling nervous. I didnt want to kiss her with wine breath (hers) but id be down for hand stuff or more.

Then out of the corner of my eye I saw something scurry across the room and up toward the big window. Once it got into the light it was a fucking full sized raccoon. She freaks out screaming and we go out onto the fire escape. I'm more afraid the rickety ass fire escape is gonna fall off the wall, and it;s freezing out there. She gets on her phone and calls someone. Turns out she has a husband, he's there at the apartment and he is doing some art project with animals and one got out. I guess he is sort of a cuck, but I think he released the raccoon on purpose. I ended up leaving shortly after and I don't think this project is going to go forward.
