She clearly plays it up as a bit at this point to get MAGA cred, and if she didn’t want this kind of attention she would refuse these donations and wouldn’t do stuff like theatrically sue Hillary for four months to keep the story in the media. Tulsi had enough and called Hillary out, and in one of the most 180 moments in modern political history called clinton the "queen of warmongers" and "personification of the rot in the dem party".

Since then tulsi has been one of my personal heroes and persona non grata among The Powers That Be/status quo.
