Date: September 22nd, 2025 10:33 PM Author: disgusting bawdyhouse roommate i think you're right that it will go, but this decision is no different from the stay issued in the Wilcox case (NLRB member). definitely a signal, but they aren't deciding the issue on the merits so it's more of the same.
i think overturning humphrey's executor will be legally sound, but i am not sure it'll be good in practice.
