If you're using more than 16gb of RAM you may as well skip the Air and get a M2 or M3 Pro. M4 Pro overheats and throttles. yeah feel I need more than 16gb - home machine is a mac mini m4 with 32Gb this is more for coding on the go don't want the heft of a pro. leaning towards a m3 air
