She broke the 4th wall of being a teacher all the time like told us she didn't give a shit about her job mostly and was just in it for the paycheck and that school wasn't that serious. We loved her.

But the best was when she told us about how she met her husband in Cancun during a one night stand. He picked her up on the dance floor and after a passionate night of lovemaking they woke up the next day and realized they were from the same town by pure happenstance and it took off from there.

It was 180 having a teacher who was willing to talk to a bunch of 15-16 year olds like we were adults. Every other teach was up themselves or acted like we were all babes in the woods. I hated being talked down to and shit growing up. I hated the faux veneer that we weren't fully grown and that all these fake rules actually mattered outside of the four walls of the classroom. Having a down to Earth teach really impacted me in a good way. One of the first people to ever be honest about how it was all fake and gay.
