I recently purchased two vehicles for about 30K and 50k. My plan is to use both for Turo income, which should ultimately pay for their expense/depreciation.
I'm planning on filing ch. 13 due to 90-100K in CC debt between my spouse and I. My income is about 95k and my spouses is 12k.
Will I be able to keep the cars out of bankruptcy, since they are used for business income?
We have another car we owe 18k on. I can technically use my work car for transportation, so I don't have to have a car for personal use, but I really want to keep the 50k vehicle since I know It obviously won't be possible to get a vehicle like that in the future. Payments are 650 and 850 for the vehicles.

"Points and miles after chapter 7 especially Hyatt
I have to file chapter 7 soon. I have some Hyatt points in my Hyatt account. Will Hyatt close my membership account and take the point back? I have Hyatt credit cards. So I am worried Hyatt will notify my membership to close my account."
no, my points...
