not quite directly, but via at least two pathways - the minor one is via the ainu, who appear to have some negrito ancestry, which is passed into the broader japanese population via ainu intermixing.
the bigger pathway is via the jomon population. ancient 'andamanese' (the direct ancestors of modern negritos) and 'hoabinhians' (southeast asian hunter/gatherers related to the andamanese) started splitting from a group which headed north. this northbound proto-negrito group underwent a number of genetic adaptations and mixing events by the time it got to japan. including denisovan introgressions, which are only recently being mapped out.
the negrito splinter group still contributed around 35-40% ancestry to the jomon population which existed in year zero (AD/BC) japan, and modern japanese inherited that ancestry via the jomon contribution to the population.
