2. a serviceable house, nothing wrong with it, just not awe inspiring, perfect elementary, perfect middle, 3rd best high school, the neighborhood is like top 3 in the city, also elementary and middle are like 75% white which is by far the highest i could find anywhere

i live in a super white area and it's like leave it to beaver. im in a time capsule from 1960. kids running around unsupervised all the time, you can drive any direction and be ok, everyone is friendly and nice, lots of gay little shops eveywhere, everything is walkable. i wouldn't trade this for a mansion in san francisco. |
