a store near me finally has kosher ground beef and ribeyes so i just eat that and cauliflower rice 95% of the time - the other 5% will be fast food literal poison goyslop jewchem nuclear GI holocaust like canes or panda express

bascially everyone on it is goign to develope sarcopenia and also liver disease becasue the liver catn metabolize the fats and protein broken down in circulation quick enough so theyre gettgin steatohepatitis and obviously no one checks for this bc $$$$$$$$$
it has pretty much made me stop smoking and using nicotine though and the zero food noise is insane, i had no idea how much energy and attention i was puttign towards food and dopamine hits |
