What is causing it and how do you manage it?

Have you tried any tests to monitor it, and what impact has it had on your life?

take benzos too if you want, but that is dangerous path to start down. beta blockers block adrenaline in your body and nervous system and reduce the endless visceral 'fight-or-flight' feeling. they make you feel physically less adrenalized, which breaks the cycle of hypervigilance and allows your body and brain to achieve equilibrium and function more normally.

but they don't really directly affect your mental/mood state like benzos and other more psychoactive, tranquilizing drugs, which can leave you drugged and dependent.
