Most people at that level in my company do about 25 hours of actual thinking work (reading, writing emails, being on zoom calls) per week. And then they have all the bs internal trainings, reading to keep up on their practice area, etc. None of them actually do 40 hours of work except a few weeks a year when there is a fire drill or something. |
