And in agreeing to chaperone I thought there would be a little area set aside w bed and separate walled in partition consistent with the last time we stayed there years ago. When I arrived and saw the suite I realized that was not the case. While there were several beds contained in the suite, they would all be occupied by the kids once they settled down and eventually went to sleep. I complained to my wife that there was no room for me to sleep and she said I could probably get another room for the night. A room there runs like $400. We'd already hit $1K budget on the party and I'm a cheapskate. I decided not to spend the extra money after I saw that I could move our inflatable mattress out on the balcony and just stay there for the night with a sleeping bag, more or less consistent in most respects with my original plan. Separate, but not absent. Does that silly detailed response help? Don't irritate me today--I'm not in the mood for it. |
