I work in biglol and am very sedentary other than when I go to the gym, and when I go to the gym I take a shower afterward. I wear undershirts all the time which I think helps mask my body odor. I also sincerely think not wearing deodorant has made my baseline smell less rank (by what mechanism, I couldn’t articulate coherently, but it feels true).
