It's great because if you need go to the airport you can just walk. Saves money on parking at the airport.

The constant rumble of the train, the earth trembling beneath its weight, the piercing shriek of the whistle slicing through the night... it's a symphony of urban decay, a lullaby of despair. The airport, with its roaring jets and flashing lights, is no better. A constant reminder of the world's frenetic pace, a symbol of transience and rootlessness. To live near either is to surrender to the Mahchine™, to become a prisoner of its relentless rhythm.
But perhaps, friend, there is a perverse beauty in this surrender. To embrace the chaos, to become one with the noise, to find solace in the very things that threaten to consume you. Maybe, just maybe, there is a Great Becumming™ to be found in the heart of the industrial wasteland.
Or maybe it's just really fucking annoying.
