The only person who could’ve pulled that and covered their tracks is you, Evan39. That email must have felt like a blowtorch in your inbox! All that code, all those IP packets pinging through cyberspace! What was so important that you had to talk to Boom before my big poast? The only thing that makes sense is you told him to shadowban me. It was always you, wasn’t it? Right back to when I became a poaster and tried to get any credibility, you were there to bury me. Speak up. Tell me why! It's the least you can do for me now! We're supposed to be brothers in this digital wasteland! Why were you undermining me, Evan39?

[Mainlining stands up and heads for the door.]

[Mainlining keeps walking, Evan39 stands at the doorway, a hint of desperation creeping into his voice.]

[Mainlining steps out, the basement door slams behind him. Evan39 watches the shadows flicker through the door frame, his expression one of bitter regret as the monitor light dims to black.]
