If it's paid post-complaint, there will be a fight about whether it was earned during the marriage or after with the complaint date serving as a cutoff. If it's not a marital asset, sure you can look to it as part of his income for the calculation of alimony, but CSLG says he has an ironclad no alimony prenup, so she would lose out on it altogether. |
