What happened was that 1. journalists had successful western devs to have sex with and didn’t have to beg salarymen to be interviewed with them through an interpreter. This had real consequences. Review bombing FF8 wasn’t an option even though it sucked. Skewering FF13 was like 😏 — and btw that game looks amazing I.e. there was no Struggle except at making the Game part.
2. Xbox 360 was a bull in a china shop with constant western made shovelware with shiny graphics coming out. Btw everyone has forgotten about this shit. What’s the State of Saints Row lol |
